No Collection of Personal Data of Minors

This Site is not directed to nor intended to be used by children under the age of 13 ("Minors"). In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, WelderXP does not permit registration by Minors, does not issue user names and passwords to Minors and will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Minors without prior written parental permission.
